Welcome!

Neo models our stylish and calming bandanaOur commitment is to treat you, your pet, and the special bond between you with compassion, empathy and respect. To facilitate this, we practise using 'fear free' principles to minimise the stress your pet feels when visiting us.

Some of the strategies we employ include species-specific pheromones which help animals to relax; positive reinforcement including different types of treats, lickimats and verbal assurance; and the appropriate use of pre-visit medications for pets who are particularly anxious.

If you feel your pet would benefit from pre-visit medications, or if they have specific emotional requirements, (e.g. if they are reactive to other dogs,) please let one of our team members know prior to your visit so that we can formulate the best plan and ensure they have a fear free experience with us.

We promise to love, care for and manage your special friend through each stage of their life and have a comprehensive range of services to assist with this.
