Cancellations
If you are unable to attend your appointment for any reason, please note that we have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellation outside this timeframe or failure to attend your appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
We know your time is precious
We appreciate your punctuality. Appointment time allocations are 20-30 minutes, and arrival more than 5 minutes beyond the appointment commencement time may result in the need to reschedule your appointment to ensure you have adequate time with the veterinarian and to minimise the inconvenience to other clients.
Safety for everyone
For the safety of all our patients, all dogs must be on a secure leash and all cats and small animals must be in a safe and secure pet carrier prior to entering the clinic premises. If an infectious disease process is suspected by our team upon booking the appointment, we may request that you wait with your pet outside to minimise the risk of transmitting the infection to other animals.
Kindness and respect
We treat all clients and patients with understanding and respect and thank you for doing the same. We reserve the right to withdraw the provision of veterinary services to clients who engage with us in an aggressive or disrepectful manner including bullying, intimidation or verbal/physical abuse directed towards our staff or other clients. For staff and client safety, our premises is monitored by CCTV at all times.
Fees and charges
All fees are to be paid at the time of consultation or discharge. Payment options include: Cash, EFTPOS, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX). Buy now pay later options available include Afterpay, Humm, Vetpay and Zip Pay, with eligible transactions of $150 and over. We routinely request a 50% deposit of estimated fees on admission to hospital for surgery or other procedures.
